Cindy Wyatt is Director of Home Builder Services for HHHunt Homes. In her role, she leads strategic initiatives across architecture, procurement, design, and systems management, driving operational efficiency, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.

Cindy joined HHHunt Homes in 2006 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Purchasing & Estimating Manager and Construction Services Manager, before being named Director of Home Builder Services. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in streamlining processes, supporting operational excellence, and enhancing collaboration across multiple departments.

Originally from Iowa, Cindy has called the Richmond area home for more than 30 years. Her extensive experience and commitment to continuous improvement have helped support the growth and success of HHHunt Homes.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Susan Williams is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for HHHunt Homes. She leads the company’s sales and marketing strategy, overseeing front-line sales training and development, sales leadership, digital marketing, creative services, social media, website operations, and brand management. She also supports the implementation of new products and operational initiatives across the organization.

Susan joined HHHunt Homes in 2015 as Director of Sales for the Richmond, Virginia division. She later expanded her leadership responsibilities across Virginia and North Carolina as Vice President of Sales before assuming her current role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2026.

Prior to HHHunt Homes, Susan spent 10 years with Ryan Homes, serving as both an on-site sales professional and Sales Manager. Earlier in her career, she worked in public relations and marketing in the Washington, D.C. area.

A founding member of Professional Women in Building (PWB) Richmond, Susan currently serves as Vice Chair of the council. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health Policy from Duke University.

Originally from Maryland and raised outside Washington, D.C., Susan has lived in the Richmond area since 2002. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her two French bulldogs, as well as traveling and fitness.

Jarod Ambrosino leads land acquisition and development efforts for HHHunt Homes in Virginia while overseeing sales, construction, and operational activities across the division. In this role, he is responsible for driving the strategic growth and execution of HHHunt Homes communities throughout the Commonwealth.

Jarod joined HHHunt Homes in 2006 as an Area Construction Manager and was promoted to Director of Construction later that year. In 2019, he became Operations Manager before assuming his current role as Division Manager. His extensive construction and operations experience provides a strong foundation for leading HHHunt Homes’ Virginia operations.

Prior to joining HHHunt Homes, Jarod worked with Centex Homes, beginning as a Field Manager in 2001 and later becoming an Area Construction Manager in 2004.

Originally from a small town near Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pennsylvania, Jarod relocated to Richmond in 2000. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he completed two associate degrees and a certificate with an emphasis in Building Construction Technology.

Jarod serves on the board of the Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity affiliate and is involved with the Builder Executive Roundtable and Membership Council of the Home Building Association of Richmond.

Outside of work, Jarod enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new local restaurants, watching movies, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jack Scher leads land acquisition and development efforts for HHHunt Homes in the Raleigh market (including Durham, Chapel Hill, Carthage and Southern Pines) while overseeing sales, construction, and operational activities across the division. In this role, he helps drive the strategic growth and execution of HHHunt Homes' communities throughout the region.

Jack joined HHHunt Homes in 2018 and has held several roles in Finance and Land Acquisition. His experience across multiple facets of the business also includes sales, construction and community association management, which has provided him with a broad perspective on residential development, operations, and market growth.

Prior to joining HHHunt Homes, Jack worked for a residential real estate development and property management firm in Richmond, Virginia.  A Richmond native, Jack relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, in 2021. He earned a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech, an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Graduate Certificate in Construction Management from Northeastern University.  Jack also holds a North Carolina unlimited residential general contractor license.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing and watching sports, and volunteering as a Special Olympics coach.
